The people who complain are probably 10 years old. I can beat it on hard every time. I wish there were harder computer. The computer takes same moves every time. Its fun still I guess. I would give it 5 if there were multi player and comp was harder.

its easy to win i know, but can you win 47 to 0. in 22 turns, thats the chalenge, yo need to learn how this game think

Its not that this is to hard of a game but they took all the strategy out of it. When playing with a person you can actually tell where they placed a piece. This game moves much to quickly for the planning that it takes

For entry-level othello players, this is a great app. Polished, pretty, nice. However, even on the hardest level the AI is constantly giving away corners and other entry-level mistakes. A nicely polished romp, but one that will be hard pressed to hold your attention.

It has excellent graphics and interface. However, the computer has to think for a while on hard; which freezes the application.

Entertaining to play, and the Chinese symbols make it look exotic.

I play this everyday. Addicted!

No explanation is provided on how to play if youve never played before. Dont understand why a move is not valid or why pieces are added or removed. Lack of a basic rules section is easily fixed. Until then the game is not worth downloading if youve never played before.

I give two stars to the appealing graphic and interface. However, for experienced player like I am, theres no intelligence on the computer side. I suspect it only calculates move that only maximize the amount it could convert, else, no strategy at all. Should have listened to a reviewer who had said this before. At hard level, I can beat it everytime. Not that Im the best around but I used to have similar game on other platform that can give me hard time sometimes. This one is not even worth the space on my iPod.

If you have ever played the game you should have no trouble beating it every time. Five in a row then deleated the game.

Its kinda like playing against a child. No challenge whatsoever. PLUS its slow making bad moves! I would recommend this only to people who have never played before. For them, the feature to show moves us useful.

Well made, but way too easy in hard mode. Ive never lost! Ill admit I am pretty good at this game, but Ive played MUCH harder computers, some I cant beat. Absolutely no challenge at all for me, but I guess good for less experienced. Also, should tell you whos turnit is because sometimes if the computer player is taking a long, Im not sure if it has gone or not. Other times, Im sitting there waiting not knowing it has gone because Ive looked away for a moment when its my turn. If it was at least a little more challenging, I wouldnt have deleted it in 10 min but I guess it was free anyways.
